The half day assessment includes a review of the following:
- Previous four years of sales tax returns
- Sales and use tax policies and procedures
- Sales
- Exemption certificates
- Purchases
During the assessment you will learn:
- What auditors look for
- Answers to your tax questions
- Any activities that may cause an audit of your business, and
- Opportunities for refund claims will be identified.
Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a summary report prioritizing the steps you need to take to reduce your audit risk.
